O'er the land and o'er the sea, 

Through the heat of summer's day, 

Through the cold of winter's night, 

You guard our nation's might. 

Your courage and your skill 

Will protect us all from harm, 

So we can live in peace and joy, 

And never know the world's annoy. 

You are our heroes, 

brave and true, 

We love you 

more than words can say. 

So thank you for your service, 

And may God bless you every day. 

We salute you, Indian soldiers, 

For your bravery and your might. 

We are proud to call you our own, 

And we will always stand behind you. 

So go forth and do your duty, 

With honour and with pride.
